The course is focused on the assessment of the impact of significant intervention on nature and landscape according to §67 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the protection of nature and landscape (as amended by Act No. 225/2017 Coll.), replacing the existing "biological assessment". It extended in particular to complete general nature protection (part two), specially protected areas (part three), protected areas according to two EU directives 2009/147/EC and 92/43/EC), memorial trees, protected species of plants, animals and fungi, minerals and rocks (part five of the Act.
