Course content
Content of lectures: Presentations of main features of Environmental Management, introduction to study specializations. Content of practicals: Field excursion focused on selected problems in applied ecology.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Excursion
  • Class attendance - 24 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The course offers basic information about Environmental Management study (particularity of this study program, list of study specializations, tips and recommendations for bachelor thesis and for final exam).
Students will get familiar with their further "functioning" in the Department of Ecosystem Biology.
Prerequisites
The assumption is the basic knowledge (secondary school level) of natural science disciplines (biology, geography).
