SMMS methods 2) Process management, systems in the organization / company. 3) Process, process map. 4) Methodologies of process representation. 5) Methodology of displaying BPMN, EPC processes. 6) Organizational structures, transformation places. 7) Information and information need of transformation sites. 8) Support of process management, documentation, standards - the basis for building IS. 9) ITIL - services, IT Governance. 10) Process optimization. 11) Implementation of process management functionalities in ERP. 12) Stages of ERP development, relation to process management. 13) Methods of ERP implementation. Process analysis of the assigned organization, team project

Learning outcomes
|
The course is focused on the analysis, design and optimization of processes in the organization in terms of practical use as a basis for securing the information needs of users. and the use of information technology. Attention is also paid to methodologies of process modeling, organizational organization of processes and implementation of information systems.

Elaboration and defense of a semester work / team project, writing a written test with a profit of min. 50% of all possible points. .
