Course content
Content of lectures: 1. First Understanding the challenges of cyber-crime and principles in the provision of digital data for the purposes of the evidentiary proceedings before the courts , police practices , legalities etc. 2. Forensic Linux OS and mobile 3. Basic introduction to operating systems for mobile phones 4. Procedures for examining individual types of mobile phones 5. SIM exploring options , including deleted information 6. Exploring the possibilities of mobile phones with the native operating systém 7. The principles and means of ensuring the relevance of the examined digital tracks 8. Mobile devices running Android , system description, the possibility of individual types of models in order to obtain data, including deleted data , overcoming protections 9. Mobile devices running iOS (iPhone , iPad) , the possibility of exploring different models 10. Mobile phones running Microsoft Mobile Phone, exploring options 11. Analysis of navigation devices 12. Information Crime Solving mobile devices and documentation 13. Forensic analysis of the various kinds of mobile phones 14. Analysis of communication (calls , SMS , MMS , instant communication , Facebook , etc. ) 15. Familiarization with equipment for forensic examination of telecommunications equipment and navigation systems 16. Getting to know the company Cellebrite UFED device 17. Documentation obtained data as evidence 18. Creation of expert opinion , expert opinion - who can create , what essentials documents must primarily contain recommendations to the formation of 19. Learning outcomes
The course is intended for all who want to become familiar with the procedures and the practical part in solving crimes ranging from forensic information , an expert examining small digital technology and mobile telecommunications ( mobile phones) different operating systems. The student should learn the basic rules in providing digital tracks , computer technology, learn how to use special forensic applications . The aim of this course is to further acquaintance with forensic resources used for the detection and investigation of cyber-crime , what initial conditions must satisfy and how they work . In the final stage, the student should obtain a comprehensive overview of cyber-crime solutions primarily on a technical level , but also have knowledge of basic legal provisions for expert practice.
The graduate is able to identify the way and provide data from mobile phones for the purposes of criminal proceedings

Oral examination, Seminar work

Writing a sample expert opinion on a mobile phone provided during lectures and exercises.
