Content of lectures: Introduction to system concepts Process management, systems in organization / enterprises Process, process map EPC processes display methodology BPMN process display methodology Organizational structures, transformation places Information and information support of transformation places Support of process management, documentation, standards ITIL - Services, IT Governance Process Optimization Implementation of process management functionalities in ERP Stages of ERP development, relation to process management ERP implementation methods Content of exercises: Exercises expand and complement the material of lectures. We will verify the knowledge and application of theoretical concepts on a case study. Working individually and in teams.

active participation in seminars and lectures, team project For the end of the course must be min. 50 points from the test and min. 50 points from the project. The total number of points is min. 60points.
