Learning outcomes
|
The aim is to introduce students with the basics of audio signals processing and transmission. The first part of lectures is devoted to the signal digitalization and processing. The middle part is focuses on signal analysis. The last part handles with modulations and its computations. The exercises are divided into mathematical basic and work with the simulation software Matlab and Octave.
To obtain a knowledge of signla processing and transmission, mainly the discrete signals. Knowledge of signal analysis, understanding of the features. Overview of signal modulations and application. A student will be able to get understanding of basic parameters of transmission devices, to apply these devices, and understand of the technical principles.
