Content: 1. Consumer theory - decisions, preferences and optimum. 2. Theory of firms and production - short and long term. 3. Profit maximization in conditions of perfect and imperfect competition. 4. Decision making under risk and uncertainty. 5. Theory of income distribution. 6. Markets, efficiency, market failure. 7. Short-term macroeconomic equilibrium. Leaks from the expenditure stream 8. Interaction money market and goods market - IS-LM analysis. 9. Accommodative policy. 10. AD-AS model 11.
