Course content
Teaching topics: (1) The development of economic thinking to the emergence of classical economic theory (2) Classical school of economic theory (3) Austrian - Vienna subjective psychological school and its followers - the emergence of microeconomics (4) Neoclassical economic theory, company theory in neoclassical economics of managerial theory of a company (5) History of application of mathematical methods in economics (mathematical economics) (6) The emergence of Keynesian macroeconomics (7) Neo-Keynesian and post-Keynesian economic current (8) Origin and development of neoclassical macroeconomics (9) Monetarism and the new classical macroeconomics (10) Supply side economics and public choice theory (11) Development of economic theory of socialism (utopian socialism, Marxism,) (12) Historical school in economics, institutionalism, French sociological school (13) Chicago School of Economics (human capital theory, family economics, crime, etc.), neoricardinaryism and the theory of socio-economic development of J. A. Schumpeter (14) Theory of the transformation of capitalism, the theory of sustainable development, global and ecological concepts.
