Gross Domestic Product and National Income Concepts 4 - Economic Growth 5 - Inflation and price indices 6 - Business cycle 7 - Aggregate demand, Aggregate supply , 8 - Macroeconomics equilibrium, Macroeconomics models 9 - Unemployment 10- Economic policy 11 - Money and Banking 12 - Fiscal policy 13 - Monetary policy 14 - Balance of payments, International Economics Seminars: 1 - Introduction to the course of Macroeconomics 2 - Measurement of Economic Performance 3 - Gross domestic product 4 - Macroeconomics models 5 - Economic Growth 6 - Business cycle 7 - Aggregate demand, Aggregate supply , 8 - Inflation 9 - Fiscal policy 10 - State budget 11 - Monetary policy 12 - International Economics 13 - Unemployment

Learning outcomes
To provide theoretic basis for applied economics discipline and to provide ground for studies intermediate macroeconomics.
Students understand the basic principles of macroeconomics.
Prerequisites
There is no prerequisite for the course of Macroeconomics (MAEA).

Assessment methods and criteria
Combined exam, Seminar work

Credit Requirements: 2 tests. Active participation in seminars. Examination Requirements: Students prove knowledge of macroeconomics theory. Written tests and oral part of exam.
