The design of information systems; 10. Project management; 11. Human Factor in Information System; 12 .Quality in information system; 13. Security of information systems;

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming)

Learning outcomes
The aim is to provide an overview of the principles, methodologies and techniques necessary for design and innovation of information systems. These principles are based on systems theory and methodology and on the basic methods of system analysis. It is essential to familiarize the students with special methods of system analysis based on structured methodology and object methodology. The course is also to acquaint students with basic management and planning of IT projects.
Students will understand the basic principles of information systems desing.

Assessment methods and criteria
Combined exam, Seminar work

Requirements on students: Project work - implementation of a specific information system meeting the general criteria Examination requirements: Theoretical examination focused on the lectures. The overall grade is based on the results of the essay and final examination.
