Course content
Topic of study: 1. Concepts and theories in international business 2. International business environment 3. Decision making on international buiness 4. International strategies 5. Internationalisation of business activities 6. Organization structure of supranational companies 7. Role and function of a branch 8. Human resources management in international environment 9. Financial aspects of international business 10. International alliances 11. SMEs in international markets

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce the kontext of running international activities, complete students' existent knowledge from the field of business management a commerce and create a basis for further study of courses oriented to the international business environment.
Student will get knowledge of international business environment and become able to prepare extension of business activities abroad and to control foreign activities of a business.
Prerequisites
Student have knowledge of international business environment and running international business activities.

Assessment methods and criteria

Credit Requirements: Elaboration and presentation of a seminary task. Partial tasks during the seminar. Full attendance. Examination Requirements: Students pass a written test on problems being discussed during the semester and on problems explained in the prescribed literature. A 70% pass-mark in the test is demanded. The test is followed by an oral examination.
