Learning outcomes
The course introduces students with basic attainments from commodity knowledge - commodity analyses. The basic item: Goods and atributes. Commodity knowledge. Goods classification. Quality product. Quality Management. Quality meaning in market environment. Goods quality in circulation. Packaging systems. Products marking. Quality classification according to objective and subjective methods. Commodite analyse.
Students understand the basic principles of commodity knowledge.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination, Seminar work

Credit requirements: Elaboration and presentation of seminar work in accordance with the assignment, participation in excursions. Test requirements: Passing a written test with a minimum of 60% success rate.
