Topics: Retailing in a globalized world and its trends. Legal and ethical aspects of retailing. Retail firms organization. Human resources management - specifics in retail. Financial managament. Operational management. Information technologies in retail. Services management. Products labeling and private brands. Marketing communication in retail. Topical problems in retail.

Learning outcomes
The objective of this course is to develop knowledge and skills of students, in the sphere of management, marketing, logistic, corporate finance and human resource management in relationship to modern retailing.
