Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to introduce to the students the basic structure of the Czech legal system and to clarify the fundamental concepts of the Czech business law including insolvency and arbitration.

The requirements: - three-page long essay on the legal economic theme that is adjusted individually - oral exam
