Course content
Lectures: 1 - Real Estate Cadastre of the Czech Republic - history, administration of the Cadastre, obligations of proprietors of real estate and other entitled persons; 2 - restoration of cadastral machinery, geodetic work and geometric plans; 3 - binding data of the Cadastre, publication of the Cadastre, Cadastre data provision; 4 - the subject and content of the Cadastre, cadastral machinery, changes of content of the Cadastre; 5 - the procedure of registration of ownership and other rights to property, activities in the management of the Cadastre and in the restoration of cadastral machinery; 6 - geodetic activities for the purpose of the Cadastre, geometrical plans, the demarcation of abuttals; 7 - landscape planning, capital construction, Building offices, building regulations; 8 - building control, offenses, deliquency, fines, building permission, building acceptation; 9 - project and budgetary documentation, entry to the land; 10 - fundamentals of land-law relationships, sources of Land law, the definition of basic concepts; 11 - Land Registers, register of real estate; 12 - categorization of land uses, types of lands, landscape planning, documentation, background papers and decisions, legal regulations of expropriation; 13 - Land offices and Land Fund Act on the organization of the ownership of land and other agricultural property, protection of land resources.

Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to provide graduates with basic knowledge of the content of laws regulating the status and tasks of the Real Estate Cadastre, as well as knowledge of relevant standards relating to Planning, Building regulations and Land law.
Students understand basic problems of the theory and practice of Building and Land law and Real Estate Cadastre. They are able to orientate in the Real Estate Cadastre of the Czech Republic, in building control and in questions of land resources of the Czech Republic.

Oral examination, Seminar work

Credit Requirements: Participation in consultations. Working on specified legal acts. Examination Requirements: During the examination, students demonstrate their knowledge and orientation in the Real Estate Cadastre Act and in the Building Act and in legal regulations of lands.
