Lectures: 1 - the basics of civil-law relations; 2 - civil-law relations; 3 - parties in civil-law relations and their representation; 4 - legal acts and contracts; 5 -Property rights; 6 - Rights to Another Person´s Things; 7 - the conveyance of real estate, Flats and non-residential premises; 8 - law of obligation - general part; 9 - law of obligation - the most frequented contracts; 10 - obligations from infringement; 11 - legal regulations of inheritance, copyright law; 12 - civil trials; 13 - consumer protection in the Czech Republic and in the EU.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of this course is to equip students with basic knowledge in the fields of civil and consumer law, with a view to business relations with the final consumer and other connections with business.
Students understand basic principles of civil and consumer law, civil and business relations, civil trials, consumer protection in the Czech Republic and in the EU. |
