Lectures: 1 - basic concepts of the Theory of Law; 2 - Introduction to the Consitutional law; 3 - fundamentals of public administration; 4 - fundamentals of civil law; 5 - civil obligations; 6 - fundamentals of land law; 7 - fundamentals of heritige law 8 - fundamentals of labour law, liabilities in labour obligations; 9 - fundamentals of copyright 10 - fundamentals of Criminal law; 11 - fundamentals of Business law; 12 - principles of civil trial 13 - informative overview of the EU law Seminars: 1 - law as a normative system; 2 - the Charterof Fundamental Rights and Freedoms; 3 - public administratition in the Czech Republic - state and local administration; 4 - administrative procedures; 5 - administrative offences; 6 - contract of purchase and avoidance of a contract according to the Civil Code; 7 - Contract of transfer of property; 8 - contract for work; 9 - contract of lease; 10 - employment contract, agreements about works practised besides employment; 11 - payment order and work-out of an action;

Credit Requirements: Participation in consulstations. Working out specified legal acts. Examination Requirements: During the examination, students demonstrate the knowledge of the basics of public and private law - in particular basic concepts of the Theory of law, the orientation in the Administrative Law, Civil law, Labour law, Financial law, Criminal law and Land law. Part of the exam may be with regard to its course a presentation of a prepared legal act.
