Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is practical and methodological work in project activities. The course is focused on management and coordination of project activities, which are aimed at effective and efficient use of available information for the proper construction projects. Students try to use available analytical and synthetic tools in the process of project activities. The course deals with the management, creation, planning and implementation. Projects are developed to the stage of pre-investment, investment and implementation. Practical problems are solved in seminars by software MS Project.
Students understand the basic principles of management.

Conditions for passing the course KPJM Credit: o Submission and approval of individual seminar work " On the topic of the selected student works independently " The extent of min. 1500 words (with margins 2.5 cm, spacing 1, font Calibri 11) having at least 6 foreign sources (Sources can be found at: WOS, Scopus JSTOR) cited according to the citation standard APA 6 " a work can be used diagrams, graphs and images related to the topic. " Topics of the seminar papers will be able to choose from 4 to 6 weeks of the semester via Moodle (see. Individual seminar work) " a deadline for submission is set at the end of the 10th week of the semester o Credits will be given earlier than 14 days before the end of the semester in accordance with the provisions of the Dean and the latest by the end of the exam period. o Students are required to have a credit check (stag index). Exam: " Form: After the successful completion of a written test, students within the same deadline pass the oral exam " 3 attempts " Room: specified in STAG during the 13th week of the semester " Tests will be announced three weeks before the start of the exam period in sufficient number and capacity, or may occur in the 13th week of the semester to adjust to a reasoned request mass of students.
