The Course provides Students with Basic Principles about HRM and an Overview of the Present HRM and Personnel Management trends.
Students understand the principles of Human Resources Management and should be able to apply them in practice.

Credit Requirements: Active participation The seminar work have to be uploaded to Moodle Students have to elaborate literature review on the chosen topic: Minimum 8 pages (A4) Minimum 8 references Content of the seminar paper 1) title page 2) content 3) introduction 4) literature review 5) practical application in chosen company 6) references - APA 6th citation style Exam writing examination (10 questions - 4 closed and 6 open questions, 25 minutes, maximum will be 20 points; minimum will be 15 points) oral examination (discussion on 2 assigned questions)
