Lectures: 1 - Introduction to the course, assignments; basic terminology 2 - Relation between an advisor and a client. 3 - Advisory services and its types, Phases of consulting procedure. 4 - Consulting, process, methodology 5 - Advisory career 6 - Consulting and change of production 7 - Consulting, dimension and levels of culture 8 - Professionalism and education of advisors 9 - Process and diversities of problems solutions and the selection of optimum. 10 - Information system, using of information 11 - Implementation process of the proposition into a practices. 12 - Rarity of consulting in various production orientation and services, including non-manufacturing sector.

Learning outcomes
|
The subject of study deals with the theory and practice of management consulting. Student is acquainted with the system of methods of the cooperation between an advisor and a client. Significance of the consulting for productive and directional process. The consulting in productive sphere.
Students understand the basic principles of managerial consulting.

Credit Requirements: Seminar project. Examination Requirements: Final mark is based on the results of the wtitten test and verbal examination.
