Course content
Lectures: 1 - Introduction, the most important terminology. 2 - Characteristics of motivation in general. 3 - Motivation in the hybrid workplace (impact of augmented reality, AI, teleworking); motivation of digital nomads (Gig Economy); future predictions. 4 - Self-knowledge, self-development, lifelong learning. 5 - Sources of motivation. 6 - Theory of motivation. 7 - Overview of motivational theories I. 8 - Motivational theory II. (traditional approaches and their relevance for the future of management vs. modern approaches). 9 - Employee motivation and general management concept. 10 - Motivational structure and motivational profile of an individual. 11 - Stimulation and its importance for motivating the individual in the work process. 12 - Stimulants and their breakdown. 13 - Leadership to develop the individual's work potential and social qualities with respect to job satisfaction. 14 - Labour performance and job satisfaction. Practical classes: 1 - Method of teaching and approaches from different viewpoints to the motivation and stimulation of negotiation at work. 2 - Methods of study Motivation and stimulation of working meetings. 3 - Assignment of semestral work. Functionality of right and left hemispheres in relation to creative capabilities. 4 - Functionality of the right and left hemispheres in relation to creativity and motivation of working behaviour. 5 - Typology of temperament and its use in accordance with motivation, stimulation and placement in the work process. 6 - Ontogenesis of human personality development in the creation of living scenarios, unconscious motivation associated with transactional analysis. 7 - Individual components of personality (sensory perception, intellectual analysis) in motivation and stimulation of the individual's working behaviour. 8 - Personality Components (emotional processing, intuitive knowledge) in motivating and stimulating the individual's working behaviour. 9 - Structure of the consciousness of the human personality and the conscious motivation of the work negotiation from the point of view of the value system. 10 - Structure of the unconscious aspect of the human personality and the unconscious motivation of working behaviour from the point of view of the emotionally organized value system. 11 - Professional typology by Holland in connection with motivation and stimulation to work negotiations. 12 - Establishment of Career Anchors according to Schein in connection with motivation and stimulation to work negotiations. 13 - Determining own needs according to Mc Clelland in connection with motivation and stimulation to work negotiations

Learning outcomes
The subject in its first part introduces the most important terms and principles of motivation, and stimulation and the theory of motivation and stimulation in general and in relation to some elements of motivation and stimulation in negotiation at work. Practical experience of understanding the motives and incentives that lead to the acceptance of individual personality and the motivation and stimulation of work are also important.
The students are familiar with the theory of motivation and stimulation and they understand the possibility of dealing with appropriate forms and issues related to influencing the working willingness of the people leading up to their own self-motivation.
