Course content
Managing changes and innovations within the enterprise system. Diagnostics of company readiness to change. Entrepreneurial potential. Competitive strength of companies. Strategic change, formulation process including selected analytical tools and value analysis. Creativity and innovation management. Change of thinking, attitudes, behaviour, and innovative decision-making. Process innovation. Innovative marketing processes. Policy of Managing change and innovation, Change organizational structure, corporate culture. Global and intercultural aspects of changes. Change implementation process, including selected instruments. Methodology of the research and Balanced Scorecard Concept. Change implementation risk, economic evaluation. Balanced Scorecard Concept.

Learning outcomes
This subject is aimed at extension of the scientific base, thus allowing the students in doctoral study programmes (DSP) to understand changes and innovations of systems and processes occurring in business. The students should also obtain profound knowledge and improve their skills in preparation and implementation of changes in relation to competitive advantage and specific role of innovations.
