This subject is aimed at extension of the scientific base, thus allowing the students in doctoral study programmes (DSP) to understand changes and innovations of systems and processes occurring in business. The students should also obtain profound knowledge and improve their skills in preparation and implementation of changes in relation to competitive advantage and specific role of innovations.
