Course content
Globalization, multifaceted systems encompassing global, regional, and local aspects Management of business corporations (business companies and cooperatives - Czech Republic) European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG), The joint-stock company (SE), European Cooperative Society (SCE) Management of Corporations - multinational, transnational, international aspects Architecture and organizational structure of the network, SBU, Holding companies Joint Ventures, franchising etc. Life cycle of organizations and strategic decision making Dynamics of change, transformation, restructuring, revitalization, outsourcing, offshoring Leaders, Strategic and ethical Leadership, leadership for innovation Human capital and Investing in People. Investors in People. The audit, monitoring , controlling , reporting Risk Management and Crisis Management Management of process disturbances and deaths of enterprises Corporate social responsibility Current practices of successful companies and managers

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject : Extension of knowledge of management and its application into entrepreneurs´ practices, business practices and into the organizational behaviour of firms and managers in the conditions of globalization and the management of international, multinational, regional and local companies to be competitive.
Students understand the principles of management and are able to application in practice.
