Course content
Lectures topics: 1. Holistic approach to culturological aspects in the context of space-time, macro-, midst- and microarea. Definition of the concepts. 2. Globalization (macroarea) and cultural, multicultural, intercultural influences in connection with the corporate culture. 3. General culture, symbols, some of anthropological theory. 4. Midst area, regional and corporate culture, tacit knowledge. 5. Levels of corporate culture, content, features and its structure. Intellectual and human capital of culture of learning organizations. 6. Knowing the state of corporate culture is the basis for its creation. 7. Managing corporate culture and its change. 8. Macro- and micro area - cultural and psychosocial aspects, social consciousness and unconsciousness and its roots, cultural memory. 9. Spatiotemporal aspects of culture and developmental stages - the mythic, the importance of corporate culture. 10. Spatiotemporal aspects of culture and developmental stages - phylosofic, the importance of corporate culture. 11. Spatiotemporal aspects of culture and developmental stages - positivist, the importance of corporate culture. 12. Spatiotemporal aspects of culture and developmental stages - holistic, the importance of corporate culture. 13. Organizational, business, corporate culture as a motivating factor for the development of human potential, the process of lifelong learning, self-fulfillment. 14. Vision and strategy in the corporate culture. Ethics, identity and identification in the context of corporate culture. Seminars: 1. Entering, preparation and presentation essay - topic of corporate culture

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to provide students an overview of the major areas involved in the corporate culture, of its importance and functions effect on the operation of the company (organization, firm). Culture, levels and types - corporate culture (organizational). Effects of global, national and regional culture to corporate culture. Resources of corporate culture - the cultural memory and sociological and psychological bases in time and space (micro-, midst- and macro area). Content, features, levels and structure of corporate culture. The power of culture, strategy and business performance. Understanding the corporate culture as the basis of its development. Formation corporate culture with regard to the specifics of the region and in the direction of innovative, secure atmosphere of trust, promoting lifelong learning in professional, personal and creative development of human potential.
Students understand the basic terminology and principles of corporate culture management. They will understand culturological aspect of micro, mezzo and macro space for managing the company culture.

Combined exam

Credit Requirements: Seminar work and good results in presentation. Examination Requirements: Written examination test and verbal examination.
