Learning outcomes
The subject introduces the theory and practice of strategic management, introduces the terminology, models, principles and their application in specific problems of enterprises, effective utilization of resources to achieve the goals of an enterprise.
Students should understand the basic principles of strategic management, they are able to manage and elaborate strategy of production and service enterprise.

Oral examination, Test

Credit requirements: Continuous participation in the work of the team in solving the Greatail managerial simulation game, submission of the final report from the game and presentation of the results. Any questions or problems should be consulted as soon as possible with a teacher who can specify and redefine the above rules. But there must be serious reasons. Exam requirements: The exam is based on knowledge of the lectures and compulsory study literature in the given range. The exam may be composed only after the credit was awarded. Lectures are a tool for understanding the issue, not a single and exhaustive source of information. Each subject of the lecture is supplemented by the necessary information sources for the study, which the student has to master in an adequate way. The exam is conducted in written and oral form, to pass the written part it is necessary to achieve at least 60% success rate.
