Course content
Topics: Management paradigm. Philosophy and methodology of management research. Specification of principles of functional management. Process management. Strategic management. Balanced scorecard. Organisational architecture. Human resource management. Leadership. Corporate culture. Social audit. Management systems of continual and discontinual changes. TQM. Reengineering. Product quality and potential evaluation. Value management. Customer relationship management. Project management. Theories about decision-making and risk management.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming)
Learning outcomes
The objective of this course is to provide students deep knowledge of management especially in the fields of methodological and theoretical knowledge of strategic management, organisational architecture, process management, leading of teams, project management, and development of system and creative approach to solving corporate managerial problems.
Students understand the main topics of this course.
