Creation of teams, presentation of the assignment and concept of case studies 2. Case Study - Focusing on organizational structures and changes 3. Case study - strategy 4. Learning outcomes
The students will be acquainted with approaches and methods of strategic management as tools of effective utilization of firms' resources to achieve its objectives. The course presents theory and practical application of strategic management. Part of the contents of the course is based on the description of contemporary trends with their influence on long-term development of the firms. The students will obtain theoretical and practical knowledge about strategic management. Main Contents Introduction to Strategic Management.
