Learning outcomes
|
The objective of the lectures presented in Spanish language is to show students the developmental tendencies of Spanish-written literature in the countries of Latin America from its beginnings until the end of the 18th century. Students should acquire knowledge of basic developmental tendencies of Hispano-American literature of the early period, its main representatives and the most important texts. The objective of seminars is to teach students how to evaluate and classify into different contexts (historical, literary-scientific etc.) a work of literature according to the interpretation of selected texts and works of basic obligatory reading.
Students will learn about the basic developmental tendencies of the Spanish-written literature in the countries of Latin America from its beginnings until the end of the 18th century.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination
Compulsory attendance at a seminar (maximum 3 absences allowed), active participation, individual home preparation, required reading. The student shall present a list of required reading books during the exam. The final exam terms will be listed in the relevant exam period according to the schedule of the Faculty of Arts of the JU.
