Course content
The content will be based on the topics in the textbook to be worked with. Prior knowledge of another Romance language is an advantage, as the course can be taught by native speakers in Spanish.

Learning outcomes
The main objective of the course is to enlarge students' vocabulary, comprehension to the simple authentic texts from the foreign press, their interpretation and on orientation in basic syntactic features of the foreign language.
Simple authentic write-ups comprehension, interpretation ability, knowledge of the basic syntactic elements of the particular language.

No special prerequisites.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination

1) Regular-active participation (the student can have 3 missed classes). 2) Different tasks at home and during the lesson. 3) Combined written and oral exam - level A2 according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Exams and examinations will be written in the exam period according to the dates of the Faculty of Philosophy.
