Course content
1. Enterprises: general classification and structure; legal forms of business. 2. Contracts: general classification; structure and content of a contract of sale. 3. Import and export: transport in international trade and related correspondence (dispatch of shipment, claims). 4. International Commercial Terms (Incoterms). 5. Payment terms: payment methods, bills, payment reminders.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquire specific language competences for business. During the lessons, students will gain basic lexical knowledge in the field of economics and international trade. They will also become familiar with communication situations common in the business world. The course also consolidates and deepens the knowledge of Spanish grammar typical of business discourse (shortening of subordinate clauses by half-ties; use of the subjunctive and indicative in subordinate clauses; conditional clauses; prepositions; connectives; deverbal nouns).
At the end of the course, students should demonstrate an active using of language skills in the domain of the foreign trade.
Prerequisites
The prerequisite is knowledge of the Spanish language at B2 level. Prior completion of the course Business Spanish I is recommended. Only for students that have Spanish as a foreign language.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Student performance assessment, Self-reflection, Interim evaluation

1. Regular attendance (3 absences allowed). 2. Active participation and continuous task completion. 3. Oral presentation in class (team project, topic to be determined in the first week of class). 4. Combined exam - written test and oral interview. Exams will be done in the examination period according to the USB Faculty of Arts timetable.
