Lectures are held in German and students learn the most important German cultural-historical terminology. The aim of the lecture is not to burden the students with unnecessary facts, but to provide information from Central European history that is important for teachers of the humanities in elementary school, with special emphasis on interesting causal relationships and linguistic as well as cultural-historical contexts that facilitate the understanding of this information. The lecture is abundantly accompanied by pictures, maps and other illustrative materials.
