Course content
1. - 4. Lesson 10: Services (offer of services, summary of the text, in the city library, information, alternatives to liabilities, liabilities without subject) 5. - 8. Lesson 11: Health (TV series from the medical environment, doctors' working day, doctor abroad, first aid kit, at the doctor's, healing of body and soul, alternative treatment methods, indefinite pronouns, modal sentences) 9. - 13. Lesson 12: Language and regions (foreign words, regional variants of German, bilingualism, German as an official language, opposing sentences, particip as a noun) 14. Test

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to develop communicative skills in the German language at the B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Emphasis is placed on spoken language, but the written language will also be cultivated within the seminar. On selected topics based on the modern textbook PERLMANN-BALME, Michaela, Susanne SCHWALB and Magdalena MATUSSEK: Sicher! current. German as a foreign language. Level B2.2. Ismaning: Hueber Verlag, 2019, both vocabulary are developed and the ability to react logically and promptly to everyday situations is practiced. Students are also continuously acquainted with problematic grammatical or spelling phenomena and are guided to their proper use not only in discussions or interviews, but also in writing. An integral part is also the practice of comprehension of written text or listening exercises. Input knowledge is level B2 according to SERR for languages in all speech skills (productive and receptive) and language means. The seminars are held in German.
Students are able to conduct written and oral communication in the topics covered at the B2 + level according to SERR for languages with rich vocabulary and good knowledge of grammar.

Assessment methods and criteria
Analysis of student's language skills, Test

Written test of all speech skills and language resources from the studied curriculum; examination in the form of discussion or interview (dialogue) and monologue on the area of the mentioned topics; key to achieving the required level according to SERR for languages is continuous preparation for teaching in the form of self-study according to the assignment of the teacher; active participation in the seminar. The final grade from the subject German Language VI is included in the evaluation of the bachelor's exam as its full-fledged part. If the student achieves 1 language level B2 according to SERR in the entrance test to the subject Jazykové cvičení, he / she does not have to participate in direct teaching. He can meet the prescribed requirements of the discipline in a distance form. Knowledge verification is held in German.
