Course content
1. Mutual acquaintance. Understanding of one's own intuition. 2. Mutual acquaintance . Listening, work with different opinions . 3. Communication without prejudices. 4. Self-assessment, self-reflection. 5. Personality of teacher: I as a teacher 6. What type of personality are you? 7. Nonverbal communication. 8. Verbal communication. 9. Development of communication skills. 10. Improvisation skill strengthening. 11. Techniques of coping with stress. 12. - 13. Social development, cooperation.

Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the seminar is to provide students with self-reflection, self-conception cultivation, support of personality maturing, assurance of own experience. Part of the seminar is work on professional assurance, motivation to profession and creation of one's own professional identity. Student learns to work with his own emotions, to use various techniques to cope with stress etc. Development of communication skills and strategies. Student acquires general idea of his personality skills, weak and strong points, motivation to profession.
The aim of the subject is development of personal and social competences of students in connection with their future proffesion.

Seminar work

Active attendance of seminaries. Writting of essa on theme "I-teacher" in area of selfrection, interview and defending of essay.
