Course content
The content of the course will be the following current pedagogical topics: 1. Developmental phases of class cohesion and diagnostic map of class collective 2. Sociometry in the school classroom - benefits and risks 3. Managerial skills of a teacher and their influence on the class team 4. Pedagogical communication of teacher with pupils 5. Classroom hours as a form of prevention of risky behavior 6. Basic types of class pathology and its solution 7. Risky behavior of students and their influence on the teacher 8. Class in crisis and early intervention of the teacher 9. Basic participating subjects in the school system (OSPOD, SPC, SVP, PPP) 10. Communication with parents 11. Non-specific prevention - the possibility of creating a school climate 12. Beginning teacher and classroom 13. Teacher self-reflection and psychohygiene in relation to work

Learning outcomes
The course aims to acquaint students with the basics of working with the class, with their own self-image and other subjects in the school environment (teachers, students, parents, PPP, OSPOD, etc.) Working with the class is not limited to the educational unit, but there are they influence their own events in the classroom. The aim is to understand that working with the class is a systematic activity that is part of the teaching process in its entirety - from zero hours to lunch break. The concept of the course is divided into three basic blocks, namely 1. Diagnostics and its use, 2. Pedagogical communication and work with the class and 3. The work of the teacher in solving the crisis. These blocks accompany the participant through the initial integration of individual students into designated sociometric positions in the social group, the use of various types of diagnostics to work with the team, determining the level of classroom climate, the possibility of using various techniques and games to improve or strengthen individual bonds in the classroom. crisis in the classroom, ie intervention activities in combination with other participants.
