Main circuits: 1. Psychological research in education - main research questions, methodological approaches, dynamic process theories 2. Functional processes underlying learning - the role of cognitive emotional and volitional processes, short-term and long-term cognitive and intellectual resources of the learner 3. Readiness and development of the learner 4. Building knowledge and creating expert level knowledge 5. Opportunities for learning - the influence of context and cognitive activation 6. The role of learning objectives and motivation to learn 7. The development of self-regulated learning 8. Research on teaching and tutoring 9. Psychological aspects of cooperative learning, constructivist approaches to learning 10. Online learning, computer-mediated and supported learning, simulation and virtual reality in teaching.

Learning outcomes
|
The course focuses on current approaches and topics in educational psychology. The goal is for the student to deepen an evidence-based understanding of the key processes that influence learning and psychological development in educational contexts. Topics: 1. Psychological research in education - main research questions, methodological approaches, dynamic process theories. 2. Functional processes underlying learning - the role of cognitive emotional and volitional processes, short- and long-term cognitive-intellectual resources of the learner 3.
