Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the foundations of psychotherapy as such and to the theoretical foundations of basic psychotherapeutic systems. Individual therapeutic approaches will be described in terms of their philosophical framework, understanding of etiopathogenesis and salutogenesis, and the basic methods and techniques of these orientations will be introduced. In the seminar part of the course, students will learn to apply the theoretical framework of the approach to specific client case studies and will also be able to try out partial elements of specific therapeutic methods in a training situation.
