Course content
Introductory hour, familiarization with education program and literature .Characteristic athlete sport engagement, and sportsmanship. Sport performance - classification, structure. Sports training - goals, system, and sport training principles. 2. Creation and development of sport, formation sports activity and essential trend of contemporary sport. Sports structure, sports activities sphere. Olympic ideas and sports morals - Fair- play, amateurism - professionalism. 3. Components sports training - condition preparation 4. Components sports training - technical preparation 5. Components sports training - tactical, psychological preparation 6. Load mechanism and relaxation in sports training 7. Basic principles sports training - adaptation principles, motor teaching principles, education principles. 8. Generalized principles sports training. 9. Sports training periodisation, training cycles. 10. Training process and its management - types of coaches, sport fig. 12. Sports training children and youth - sensitive period for development kinetic abilities. 13. Talent selection and sportsman education, dope in sport.

Learning outcomes
Sport training is basically component of sports theory. In scholastic physical education is going above all about mastered forms and methods for development motor abilities and fundamental motor learning methods. Nevertheless it is necessary for exercise findings sports training practically manage at least fundamental terms theory and sport and above all specific fundamentals sports training.
Independently designed and take around motion programs bent on development motor ability and teaching movement skills.

Grounding anatomy and physiology.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination

Written exam. Active participation in seminars 75%. Submission of an observation sheet from the monitoring of matches within the teaching.
