Course content
|
Lessons take the form of two hours in the summer half of the semester. Recommended content of individual teaching hours: 1. Meeting the curriculum, tennis theory (history, structure, rules), videos. 2. Base hits, stroke drills with foam balls, play. 3. Repeat basic punches, modified punches, play. 4. Practicing the technique of modified strokes, game. 5. Serving, doubles practice, game. 6. Two-game tactics, four-game tactics, game. 7. The clock, the game, or, if possible, the tournament.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this course is to master the technique of basic and modified tennis strokes, their application in the game and to acquire basic theoretical knowledge of the technique, tactics and rules of tennis. During the semester, the exercises are complemented by individual game preparation of students in the free capacities of the USB tennis courts.
A graduate of this course masters the technique of basic and modified tennis strokes, their application in the game and has basic theoretical knowledge of technique, tactics and rules of tennis.
