Learning activities and teaching methods
unspecified
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to understand the basic mechanisms of evolution and the basics of phylogenetics, and to master a basic overview of the diversity of viruses and prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms. Since this subject is taught in parallel with other courses, namely Cell Biology and Genetics, Biology of the Organism, and Ecology and Environmental Protection, students will understand the connections of individual biological phenomena at the level of molecules, organisms, species and ecosystems.

Prerequisites
Highschool level biology

Assessment methods and criteria
unspecified
The student must get at least 50% examination test score.
