Course content
|
Content of lectures: Content of practices: Using a communicative approach, the students will practice and consolidate various areas of grammar (especially verb tenses, prepositions and phrasal verbs). Listening and reading practice represent an integral part of the course. The activities are similar to those in international exam preparatory courses, including individual, pair and group work, reading, speaking and listening. All the materials are available on-line /MOODLE system/

Credit is awarded for: Regular attendance (maximum of three absences permitted) Active class participation in English, including work with Moodle materials Preparation for classes based on the teacher's requirements: Erbenová: A minimum score of 60% on 11 weekly Moodle tests A minimum score of 70% on the final Moodle test Online course feedback A minimum average mark of 60 per cent on weekly tests A minimum mark of 70 per cent on final end-of-term test
