Mediation in criminal justice the concept of restorative justice, diversions from criminal proceedings, the agreements between the accused and the victim

Learning outcomes

The subject aims to cover the issue of probation and mediation in social work.
Subject develops students' knowledge in the field of criminal justice, probation and mediation service and mediation as an amicable settlement of conflicts.
