1) Clarification of the term oecumena. 2) Unionism of Antonín Cyril Stojan and Velehrad´s congresses. 3) The summary of history of oecumenical movement and a constitution of The international committee of churches. 4) The oecumenical enterprises of Vatican Council II (1962-1965)

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this course is to apprise students of a dilemma of the unity and division of churches, of viewpoints of particular confessions and of a condition of an oecumenical dialogue.
The students will learn how to orientate themselves in a dilemma of Christian churches and denomanations; and to reason in the benefie of the unity of Christian churches.

Prerequisites

Students of magisterial theology must have absolved History of Theology

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination
Each student must read through a book of Oecumenical theology, Peter Neuner, mainly the sections A, C, E. He must further be able to solve the situations of a possible fellowship in mysteries according to relevant church regulations.
