Course content
1) Literary introduction into Bible. 2) Theological introduction into Bible. 3) Introduction into methodology. 4) The principles of working with texts. 5) The application on working with evangels. 6) The application on working with epistles. 7) The application on working with narrative texts. 8) The application on working with apocalyptical texts. 9) The synthesis of outcomes. 10) A theological exegesis.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is an introduction into a cursoric reading of Bible, practical encompassment and a synthesis of approaches which the students acquire in biblical sciences, in philosophy, ecumenical and practical or historical theology. There is an accent on an open critical discussion as well as on spiritual and meditative approaches.
Each student will acquire an aptitude to interpret a biblical text and will learn how to discuss about a text.

Assessment methods and criteria
Analysis of student's language skills

All students of distant studies must participate in at least one colloquium with the students of daily studies. They should bring forward their own papers there.
