1. Methodology of religious studies, relationship between religious studies and theology 2. Judaism 3. Islam 4. Hinduism 5. Buddhism - Theravada and Mahayana 6. Confucianism 7. Taoism 8. Šinto 9. Japanese Buddhism

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing)
Learning outcomes
The course deals with World Religions - Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Tonfucianism, Taoismus, Šinto and Japanis Buddhism. Students get acquainted with modern theories of religious studies.
The students know the questions of world religions.
