Course content
1. Methodology of religious studies, relationship between religious studies and theology 2. Judaism 3. Islam 4. Hinduism 5. Buddhism - Theravada and Mahayana 6. Confucianism 7. Taoism 8. Japanese Buddhism

Learning outcomes
The course deals with World Religions - Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism. Students get acquainted with modern theories of religious studies.
The students know the questions of world religions.

Test

Student must know the content of lectures and get acquainted with the recommended literature.
