The future of reading in the 21st century. Personal Reading History. 7.-9. Teaching strategies. Motivation strategies. Traditional and stimulating methods (e.g. reading, critical thinking methods, reflection methodology, activities of reproduction, preparatory games, exercises, improvisation). Literary comunication. Literary text. Education of readers. 10.-13.Didactic interpretation of texts in the process of communicative literary education. Specificity of the principles of didactic interpretation.

The aim of the course is to develop the knowledge and skills necessary for working with artistic literary texts within leisure-time pedagogy. The emphasis is put on the developement of activity, creativeness, communication, independent critical thinking, ability for cooperation and complete personality development including forming subjective, critical aesthetic judgements.
The student is knowledgable in literary education.
