Definition of special pedagogy Basic terminology The history of society's approach to people with disabilities Etiology Ophthalmopathy Surdopedy Logopedia Somatopaedia Psychopedia Specific Learning Disabilities Special pedagogical diagnostics and counseling Socialization of disadvantaged people, integration / inclusion Special pedagogical therapeutic methods Current trends in special pedagogy

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Demonstration
Learning outcomes
Students get the basic skills how to people with special needs join in leisure time activities. Students should be able to make offer of activities adapted to people with special needs.
Use professional terminology Understand the importance of including disadvantaged people To distinguish basic types of disability Use the counseling system Adapt activities in the context of leisure and non-formal education Create a specific offer within the interest and non-formal education

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination

The written exam proves orientation in the basic terminology of special pedagogy. It may be supplemented or exchanged for an oral exam.
