Learning outcomes
The aim of the seminar is to start preparing and writing one's diploma thesis. The Dean's Measure No. 300/2022 and the Methodological aid for writing final theses (https://stud.tf.jcu.cz/metodickapomucka) give the basic requirements for writing and submitting the thesis. The seminar consists of consultations between the student and the supervisor or with other teachers (consultants) according to the student's needs and the teachers' possibilities. If necessary, the consultant can be appointed by the guarantor of the study program. The student is obliged to follow the schedule set by the supervisor and his instructions. If he does not respect the supervisor's schedule or basic instructions, the supervisor may refuse to give him credit. The supervisor awards the credit when the student has fulfilled the agreed schedule of tasks for the given semester.

Students follow instructions specified by diploma thesis supervisor.
