Learning outcomes |
The grammar of the ancient (biblical) Hebrew is explained and appropriated, mainly the verbal system and syntax. This course concentrates on: - perfect tense - imperfect tense - genitives - derived stems niphal, hiphil, piel and hitpael
After the course, the student will know the basic grammar of Ancient (Biblical) Hebrew. (S)he will be also able to read, and supported by vocabulary and grammar, to translate a rather easy biblical text. |
