Practical realisation of law - juridical relations, application of law, interpretation of law, juridical responsability 3. Constitutional law and democratic State of law - structure of State, parliamentarism, legislative, executive and judge power 4. Practical realisation of constitutional law - process of legislation, the activity of tribunals, especially of Constitutional Tribunal of the Czech Republic 5. Fundamntals of civil law. The new Civil Code 6. Practical acts according to the civil code - full powers, proposals, accordings and actions of tribunals 7. Family law in the civil code 8. Realisation of the family law norms.
